About Kirstyn:
Kirstyn has over 20 years of experience in the HR and Staffing space. She has managed global teams and worked with a wide variety of clients and industries to help them with Culture, Leadership Effectiveness and Staffing.
Kirstyn has a passion for truly helping companies and leaders be the best version they can be.
She also runs Staffing Sansom, where her and her team pride themselves on finding the right talent for the right companies.
Kirstyn grew up in Rural Victoria in Austraia and from a young age was part of her families global consulting business, where she learnt the value of treating people right and helping people achieve excellence in work, sport and life. She then worked in HR and Staffing before relocating to the USA with a global staffing leader.
Our history
Sansom Consulting was founded as Kirstyn saw a need for business consulting and training that focused on developing leaders and company culture.
As a Vice President and company leader Kirstyn went through many training programs, change management courses and leadership development programs but felt none really had take aways or next steps for development, just purely informational with no accountability or results.
Kirstyn had been exposed to the Human Synergistics from a young age and she was grateful for this as this was the foundation she used through her leadership roles to develop herself.
Since starting Sansom Consulting, Kirstyn has developed a great partnership with a USA based firm who has programs supporting the LSI and Thinking and Behaviour foundation.
Sansom Consulting can also offer Manufacturing Companies a robust program on developing a Satefy Culture.

We recognize that many companies have good or average internal training and many leaders feel like they are not supported to develop their team or themselves.
